Louis Vuitton is seeking a Store Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional who can act as an ambassador for the Maison, leading and developing the store team through hands-on leadership. The Store Manager will be accountable for driving business performance and ensuring the consistent delivery of an exceptional client experience.

Role Overview

The Store Manager holds full responsibility for the store’s results, operations, and budget. This role focuses on building sustainable client relationships and aligning all activities with the Louis Vuitton promise. It involves strategic leadership to foster a high-performance environment and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and team leaders to ensure consistent delivery of the Louis Vuitton promise.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent, securing succession plans for key roles.
• Translate strategic and business objectives into clear individual and team goals.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that encourages ownership and innovation.
• Drive overall business performance through a strong understanding of the market, clients, and commercial levers.
• Build a loyal client base and ensure a strong client-centric mindset across the store.
• Act as the voice of the store by providing insights, recommendations, and feedback based on local market knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in store management or a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Proven track record in driving business performance and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and client relationship management.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic retail environment, requiring a leader who can adapt to market demands and maintain high standards of service.
