Store Manager Massimo Dutti

About the Role

Cenomi Retail is seeking a Store Manager for Massimo Dutti in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves effectively managing and controlling the comprehensive daily operations of a single-product category store to achieve monthly sales targets and business plan objectives. The Store Manager will ensure the highest level of customer service and an efficient end-to-end shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive daily store operations to achieve monthly sales targets and business plan objectives.
• Conduct continuous analysis of monthly, weekly, and daily sales performance (covering peak and off-peak hours) to identify product trends and determine stock levels for product groups, placing accurate orders to meet stock performance goals and maximize sales.
• Ensure all brand marketing and promotional activities are executed in-store, with timely setup of all promotional point-of-sale materials.
• Ensure proper display of all merchandise in the sales area and designated storage locations.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain sufficient stock and product assortment in the sales area to meet sales targets.
• Ensure all product delivery information is accurately and timely entered into the system, and all received products are immediately unloaded upon receipt of goods.
• Monitor and lead loss prevention procedures to protect company assets and property from all forms of loss, including internal and external theft.
• Review and sign off on all daily cash sales and settlements before submission, in line with company policy and procedures.
• Lead work activities and motivate employees to effectively achieve daily store operational goals, driving employee performance to meet required achievements with high efficiency.
• Conduct coaching practices and motivate team members to ensure they have the required capabilities and opportunities to maximize effective contribution to productivity.
• Ensure sales employees adhere to company policies, regulations, and systems.
• Foster a service culture by encouraging teamwork through providing a work environment where defined goals can be achieved.
• Organize employee work schedules, considering sales peak times and daily holidays, to ensure adequate staffing levels in the store at all times.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and proper appearance to provide a pleasant shopping environment and support the brand and company image at all times.
• Adhere to company operational standards and commercial aspects in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Manage facility assets, including monitoring maintenance, safety, and daily upkeep as appropriate for the point of sale.
