Role Overview

CEER is seeking a Storekeeper Parts Warehouse to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the efficient management of spare parts and accessories within the CEER parts warehouse. The primary objective is to receive, store, pick, and issue parts while maintaining accurate stock records and fostering a safe, organized storage environment to support timely parts availability for aftersales operations.

Receiving and Storage Operations

The Storekeeper will manage all incoming parts, ensuring proper verification and storage. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders or delivery notes.
  • Reporting any discrepancies or damage to the Parts Operations Assistant Manager.
  • Binning and storing parts in designated warehouse locations in adherence to CEER Warehouse and storage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Labeling and tagging stock items using standard identification methods to ensure full traceability.

Order Fulfillment and Issuance

This role involves accurately fulfilling part requests and ensuring timely dispatch. Responsibilities include:

  • Picking parts accurately against sales orders, repair orders, and internal requisitions within specified service-level timeframes.
  • Packing and preparing parts for dispatch to service centers, dealers, or customers according to CEER packaging standards.
  • Issuing parts to counter and service sales teams, ensuring proper sign-off and documentation for each transaction.

Inventory Control and Accuracy

Maintaining precise inventory records is a core function of this position. Key tasks include:

  • Performing regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock takes.
  • Reconciling system records, specifically in SAP, against physical stock.
  • Investigating and reporting all stock discrepancies to the Parts Operations Assistant Manager.
  • Flagging slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock items for further review and action.

Warehouse Operations and Safety

The Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This includes:

  • Operating material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (where certified), safely and in line with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures.
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 5S housekeeping standards.
  • Supporting periodic warehouse audits and compliance checks.

System Documentation and Requirements

Accurate record-keeping and adherence to system protocols are essential for this role. Candidates should possess:

  • The ability to record all stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments) in SAP/WMS accurately and on time.
  • Proficiency in maintaining documentation for goods receipt notes, delivery notes, and stock adjustment forms.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a parts warehouse or similar inventory management role.
