About the Role

Futu Holdings is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Lead to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and executing moomoo's partnership and creator growth strategy within the Saudi Arabian market. The lead will identify key partners, creators, and communities that influence Saudi investors, establish local relationships, and structure collaborations to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Map the Saudi influencer, financial, media, and business ecosystem to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Develop local partnership strategies focused on brand awareness, customer acquisition, Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue.
• Source and build relationships with financial institutions, media, fintechs, consumer platforms, major brands, and other strategic partners.
• Manage the full partnership cycle, from outreach and negotiation to launch and performance review.
• Develop cooperation models including co-marketing, education, referral programs, events, sponsorships, and integrated campaigns.
• Identify and build relationships with leading finance, investing, business, and relevant mainstream creators.
• Develop an influencer portfolio across various audience segments and content formats.
• Negotiate sustainable long-term, performance-based, or exclusive cooperation models with creators.
• Own the commercial performance of influencer and partnership channels, evaluating opportunities based on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), customer quality, AUM, trading activity, revenue, and strategic value.
• Monitor competitors, creators, platforms, and emerging opportunities, translating insights into local growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Compliance, Legal, Brand, and Data teams to execute initiatives.
• Ensure influencer and partnership activities comply with local regulatory and internal requirements.

Team Leadership and Development

• Build and lead the Saudi Partnerships & Influencer team as the market expands.
• Set team priorities, targets, and execution standards, ensuring delivery against business goals.
• Coach and develop team members in prospecting, relationship management, negotiation, and commercial execution.
• Establish scalable processes and local playbooks for sourcing, evaluating, and managing partnerships and influencers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead partnership and creator growth strategies.
• Experience in identifying and engaging with influencers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
• Proven track record in driving commercial results through partnerships and influencer channels.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and investor behavior in Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. As an early member of the Saudi team, the Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Lead will have significant ownership in shaping moomoo's local influencer and partnership strategy.
