Role Overview: Supply Chain & Engineering Consultant
Accenture's Supply Chain & Engineering (SC&E) team in Riyadh is seeking experienced Consultants to assist organizations in addressing complex operational, engineering, and transformation challenges. This full-time role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to support clients across strategy, transformation, and implementation. Consultants will typically specialize in one or more SC&E capability areas while gaining exposure to the broader practice. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams, managing analysis, activities, and deliverables.
- Solve complex business and operational challenges through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Develop strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Apply digital technologies, AI, analytics, and engineering solutions to enhance performance.
- Support implementation by defining initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance measures.
- Contribute to business growth through client discussions and practice-development initiatives.
Capability Areas
Consultants are expected to have experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Local Content & Government Procurement: Including local content strategy, localization, supplier development, procurement transformation, and performance frameworks.
- Capital Projects: Covering project governance, PMO, project controls, portfolio management, risk, and capital program performance.
- Operations Readiness: Encompassing readiness planning, operating models, mobilization, testing, handover, go-live, and operational acceptance.
- Digital Twins & Digital Engineering: Including digital twin strategy, use cases, engineering data, BIM, IoT, AI, analytics, and digital engineering transformation.
- Asset Management: Focusing on asset strategy, maintenance, reliability, lifecycle planning, performance management, and digital enablement.
