About the Role

Imploy is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position dedicated to leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations within the company.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing all critical aspects of the supply chain. This includes managing procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier performance to ensure operational excellence and efficiency across the entire supply chain framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize procurement processes, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct demand forecasting, and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate effectively with internal Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed operational reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or a closely related field. A demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex supply chain operations is required.

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires a dedicated presence to manage on-site operations and foster effective team coordination.
