Almarai, a leading company, is seeking a Supply Planning Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on managing supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.

Role Overview

The Supply Planning Supervisor is responsible for planning and controlling stock levels and availability of all materials and ingredients for a designated portfolio within the CPP and CHP manufacturing environments. This involves utilizing SAP and analyzing required service levels against working capital budgets, while considering delivery lead times, seasonal constraints, and available storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP to ensure packaging and ingredient inventories are maintained at agreed stock levels.
• Coordinate with Operations Purchasing to address supply issues and mitigate impacts on material requirements planning.
• Control working capital within budget by maintaining optimal stock levels through detailed demand planning and regular stock reviews.
• Schedule deliveries from local suppliers, taking into account warehouse capacity and space constraints.
• Optimize production utilization by ensuring 100% efficiency of the Blow & Injection Molding facility.
• Develop material and ingredient run-out plans to effectively manage and minimize obsolete inventory.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Project Management.

Required Skills

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High proficiency in Excel.
