About the Role

شركة جمال الخليج للتجارة is seeking a Supply Planner to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for managing demand forecasts, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating purchase planning to ensure timely product availability for beauty products across all sales channels. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Demand and Supply Planner will play a key role in analyzing sales, marketing, and industry data to accurately estimate product demand. This involves creating robust forecast models and aligning supply strategies to meet market needs while maintaining efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly demand and supply plans.
• Develop rolling forecasts for quarterly and annual business planning.
• Analyze sales performance, forecast accuracy, and demand patterns to continuously enhance planning quality.
• Monitor forecast bias and accuracy, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure high product availability.
• Monitor stock cover, safety stock, reorder points, and replenishment requirements.
• Recommend actions to improve inventory turnover.
• Prepare monthly planning reports, service level reports, fill rate analyses, and other relevant reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting methods and planning processes.
• Enhance planning automation through advanced Excel and reporting tools.
• Maintain planning master data and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop accurate forecasts.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
