About the Role

Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves executing all surveying tasks for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to approved plans. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in surveying.

Job Summary

The Surveyor is responsible for performing all surveying operations within a project, including site surveys, setting out, level adjustments, and quantity calculations. This role ensures that all work is accurate and compliant with approved designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and prepare initial layouts and levels.
• Set out axes, foundations, levels, and coordinates on-site according to approved plans.
• Monitor cut and fill operations, verifying levels, slopes, and deviations during execution.
• Review As-Built drawings and submit them upon project completion.
• Review surveying quantity calculations for excavation, backfilling, and executed works.
• Proficiently operate surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Level) and ensure their regular calibration.
• Establish, maintain, and document control points and benchmarks.
• Document surveying works, maintain field records and calculations, and submit copies.
• Coordinate with site engineers to meet surveying requirements according to the project schedule.
• Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations on site.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager within the scope of the specialization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Level).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and calculate surveying quantities.
• Knowledge of approved coordinate systems in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Arabic, with basic technical English knowledge.
• Accuracy, discipline, and ability to perform fieldwork under various conditions.

Experience Required

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying.
