About the Role

Robert Walters is seeking a Tanfeeth Manager to lead a Tanfeeth automation project. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a Saudi National with 2-5 years of experience. The role involves overseeing regulatory requirements and managing relationships with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and external technology vendors within an established international banking environment.

Role Context and Impact

This position is central to enhancing regulatory processes and driving automation initiatives. The Tanfeeth Manager will play a key role in implementing automation solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining effective communication with critical stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in Tanfeeth, SAMANet, regulatory reporting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and delivery of the Tanfeeth automation project.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define and implement automation requirements.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with SAMA on regulatory matters.
• Manage vendor requirements, technical support, and issue resolution.
• Monitor regulatory requests and ensure responses meet agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead and guide the Tanfeeth team in daily operations and task delivery.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management and coordinate timely resolution.
• Ensure team members complete all mandatory training requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Tanfeeth projects and SAMANet.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory reporting.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

This position is exclusively open to Saudi Arabian nationals. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
