About the Opportunity

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator/Contract Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to coordinating technical and contractual activities across diverse project teams and providing essential support to project managers from initiation through completion.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between technical project execution and contractual obligations. This involves a broad scope of work, from managing documentation and compliance to supporting negotiations and risk identification, all while working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical and contractual activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
  • Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, service agreements, scope of work, and related contractual documents.
  • Monitor contract compliance, deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations.
  • Support contract negotiations with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Identify and monitor contractual and project risks, including scope changes, delays, claims, and resource constraints.
  • Maintain contract registers, project trackers, action logs, and related documentation.
  • Prepare project reports, contractual summaries, presentations, and management updates.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Support change management, variation orders, and contract amendments.
  • Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to the PMO management team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience coordinating large-scale engineering or construction projects.
  • Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, administering, and negotiating contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), scopes of work, and related contractual documents.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and contract administration principles.
  • Strong understanding of project and contract risks, including delays, scope changes, variations, claims, and resource constraints.
  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active collaboration with various teams and external partners within a dynamic project environment.
