Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist - Clinical Diagnostics to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing technical support and training for analytical and scientific solutions, contributing to the company's mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Role Overview

The Technical Sales Specialist will serve as a scientific advisor, collaborating with sales teams and customers to deliver demonstrations, application support, and training. This position focuses on optimizing customer workflows and maximizing the value of their investments in analytical and scientific solutions. The specialist will work across multiple technology platforms, providing pre- and post-sales technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training for analytical and scientific solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to conduct product demonstrations.
• Offer applications support and training to facilitate research and innovation.
• Advise customers on optimizing workflows and maximizing investment value.
• Develop new applications and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, R&D, and product management to ensure customer success and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales technical expertise.
• Experience working with various technology platforms.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position with standard office hours (40 hours per week). The work environment may include a laboratory setting, office, and exposure to various outside weather conditions.
