About the Role

TawanTech is seeking a Techno-Functional - Fusion Risk (KGR, MR VaR & FRTB) - Treasury Support Developer to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position involves acting as a Programmer/Analyst, focusing on the design, development, testing, rollout, and implementation of software solutions. The role requires specialized expertise in Fusion Risk to support critical treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of development and support activities, ensuring the robust operation and enhancement of banking systems:

• Analyze, design, and develop comprehensive software solutions.
• Participate in the development of detailed technical specifications.
• Conduct custom development, including the evaluation of additional requirements for screen layouts and data captures through the addition or modification of various “Kustom” windows and procedures.
• Provide development, enhancement, and ongoing support for various other mission-critical banking systems.

Specialized Technical Focus

A core aspect of this role involves implementing various risk functions within the Fusion Risk Module (Market & Credit). This includes expertise in the following areas:

• FRTB (Fundamental Review of the Trading Book)
• PEF (Pre-Settlement Exposure Framework)
• VaR (Value at Risk)
• IRRB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book)
• CVA (Credit Valuation Adjustment)
• Collateral management (IM, VM - Initial Margin, Variation Margin)
• LCR (Liquidity Coverage Ratio)
• NSFR (Net Stable Funding Ratio)

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following essential qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited university or college.
• A minimum of 7 years of overall industry experience.
• At least 5 years of work experience with treasury-related systems.
