About the Role

stc is seeking a Technology Internal Auditor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the implementation of Technology Audit plans and processes, assisting in audit work across assigned areas, and contributing to maintaining high performance standards during audits under the guidance of senior team members. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Technology Internal Auditor supports the execution of audit plans and projects within assigned focus areas. This position ensures that all duties are carried out in accordance with stipulated business policies and procedures, contributing to the overall integrity and effectiveness of internal controls within the technology domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing audit plans and projects within assigned focus areas, adhering to approved annual audit plans, methodologies, and internal audit standards.
• Support coordination with stakeholders to gather relevant data and assist in assessing operational and risk areas for audit engagement planning and scoping.
• Participate in audit fieldwork under the guidance of senior auditors and help prepare working papers and documentation that meet quality standards.
• Assist in performing analyses and testing of internal controls, processes, and systems to identify weaknesses and suggest improvements.
• Help prepare draft audit reports summarizing key findings, risks, and recommendations for management review.
• Support monitoring the implementation of corrective actions, reviewing evidence provided by audited entities, and reporting any delays or noncompliance.
• Assist in developing and enhancing audit tools, templates, and working methodologies.
• Support audit work in areas such as technology, network, and AI-based systems, in line with professional and regulatory standards.
• Assist in preparing and delivering awareness sessions on audit processes, control measures, and lessons learned.
• Support coordination and information exchange with external auditors and other assurance providers on shared audit areas.
