Role Purpose

The Tender Estimator is responsible for the comprehensive evaluation of project costs and the financial viability of undertaking new projects. This involves a thorough understanding of our organizational competitive advantages and the ability to effectively articulate these benefits throughout the bidding process to secure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of competitive advantages within the industry to inform and enhance the bidding process.
• Identify and resolve cost discrepancies through diligent collection and analysis of financial information.
• Obtain precise quotes for necessary materials and systems to develop accurate and reliable cost estimates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field of study.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a related estimating or financial role.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Familiarity with blueprints and the ability to accurately interpret plans.
