Role Purpose

The Training Specialist will play a key role in enhancing organizational capabilities by designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training initiatives. This position focuses on ensuring that learning programs are aligned with strategic objectives and contribute to continuous improvement within the company's consulting framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop engaging training materials.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Monitor training effectiveness, prepare reports, and continuously improve learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and impactful.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Professional training in administrative organization is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle is required.
• Availability for immediate joining.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates preferably reside near the Al Munsiyah District in Riyadh to facilitate daily operations and team collaboration within the company's consulting environment.
