Vendor Performance Senior Specialist

About the Role

Delivery Hero is seeking a Vendor Performance Senior Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on monitoring and enhancing fulfillment performance and vendor operations. The specialist will review daily, weekly, and monthly fulfillment metrics to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and implement corrective actions for measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve fulfillment performance across key metrics such as replacement rate, Item Not Found (INF), Item Not Delivered (IND), order failure rate, and seamless orders.
• Identify trends and recurring issues, prioritizing opportunities based on customer and business impact, and driving corrective actions.
• Reduce INF and IND by enhancing the accuracy and timeliness of vendor stock feeds and addressing discrepancies between ordered and delivered items.
• Optimize successful replacements by assessing the end-to-end replacement journey, including suggestion relevance, customer response, configurations, and vendor execution.
• Analyze order failure reasons across vendor, customer, and logistics ownership to identify root causes and patterns, driving both immediate recovery and long-term prevention.
• Increase seamless orders by investigating issues such as late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or spilled orders, and coordinating with relevant teams to address recurring causes.
• Act as the operational point of contact for vendor fulfillment issues, assessing impact, raising incident tickets, coordinating workarounds, and driving resolution with Product, Technology, and other teams.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, practices, and productivity.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports relevant to the role to meet requirements and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Experience in identifying trends, root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Proficiency in using operational and technical tools for issue mitigation and solution implementation.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and identify actionable insights.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on both immediate and sustainable solutions.
• Attention to detail in reviewing fulfillment processes and identifying gaps.
