The Vibe Coding Coop Program

The Vibe Coding Coop Program offers an internship opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute directly to Moneymoon's technical development. This program focuses on practical application and hands-on coding, allowing participants to build and implement solutions within a live fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build new internal Operations applications end-to-end, from specification to deployment, utilizing AI coding assistants such as Claude Code.
• Design and implement multi-step AI agents with tool access (agent loops) to automate recurring manual Operations or Support tasks.
• Ship features on the core platform, ensuring all changes are reviewed by senior engineers prior to merging.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline manual work in reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting processes.
• Work within the existing codebase, adhering to standard Git and Pull Request (PR) workflows, with all changes subject to peer review.
• Document architecture, prompt/agent configurations, and handover notes to ensure the long-term maintainability of developed tools post-internship.

Program Requirements

• 0-1 years of professional experience, suitable for an internship role.
• Demonstrated interest in software development and the application of AI coding tools.
• Familiarity with coding principles and a willingness to learn and apply Git/PR workflows.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
