About the Role

Sheraton is seeking a Waiter to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on creating a memorable guest experience through efficient food and beverage service.

Key Duties

• Setting tables for guests.
• Assisting the kitchen staff as needed.
• Cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to ensure guest transactions are seamless and contribute to the overall experience.
• Maintain a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over various surfaces.
• Manage the menu, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None.
