Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Waiter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing professional and attentive service to ensure guests have a positive dining experience. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner.
• Present menus, including daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are correctly set with appropriate linens, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies and cleaning assigned areas.
• Stay informed about menu changes, restaurant policies, and local events that may impact service.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
