About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Waiter / Waitress to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing food and beverage service, contributing to a positive guest experience, and maintaining operational standards within the food service environment. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests in a friendly manner and identify opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and daily specials to assist guests effectively.
Process food and beverage orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain the food service station, ensuring it is consistently stocked, clean, and organized.
Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
