About the Role

شركة مجموعة عبدالمحسن الرصيص وأبنائه is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Leasing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves comprehensive management of real estate leasing operations, ensuring efficient property utilization and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant contracts, including start and end dates, rental values, and tenant data (ID, national address, water account, electricity meter account).
• Ensure each tenant and owner has an account in the financial management accounting program.
• Evaluate property rental prices against similar properties and submit quarterly reports on any updates.
• Identify tenants for vacant properties, prepare properties for viewing, and coordinate marketing efforts with various departments.
• Verify tenant information: ID, mobile number, and national address.
• Supervise collection processes and follow up on reports with the finance department.
• Initiate eviction procedures for tenants who violate agreements, are late on payments, or whose contracts have expired.
• Oversee tenant departures and property handover, ensuring the property's condition is satisfactory.
• Develop property management plans and present them to management for approval.
• Establish internal and external systems for property management, operation, and maintenance.
• Manage and supervise all company properties, including property management and real estate investment.
• Establish, manage, and evaluate the work team, distributing and completing tasks.
• Work on listing properties and increasing monthly B2C and B2B returns.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations through team-provided services.
• Supervise maintenance reports received from the maintenance department.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on the comprehensive management and leasing of real estate assets within a dynamic corporate setting.
