About the Role

Saleh Al-Rajhi & Partners Co. Ltd is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is responsible for the comprehensive management of property leasing, from marketing and tenant acquisition to lease negotiation and relationship management. The specialist will contribute to achieving occupancy targets and maximizing rental revenue while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote available residential, commercial, or retail properties to prospective tenants.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and provide accurate information regarding available units and leasing terms.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements within approved guidelines.
• Prepare, review, and process lease contracts and related documentation.
• Follow up on lease renewals and maintain tenant retention programs.
• Maintain and update leasing records, databases, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant move-in and move-out processes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates to support leasing strategies.
• Assist in achieving occupancy and revenue targets set by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant real estate regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in leasing or a similar field. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage property marketing, tenant relations, and lease administration.
