Asas Althbat (أساس الثبات) is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in leasing or a related field, focusing on managing the entire leasing lifecycle within the company's portfolio.

Purpose of the Role

The Leasing Specialist plays a central role in driving occupancy rates and streamlining leasing operations. This position is responsible for managing leasing activities from initial lead engagement through to tenant handover, ensuring a professional and efficient experience for all prospects and tenants. The specialist will contribute to accelerating leasing cycles and enhancing overall tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and qualify leasing leads from various channels (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, portals), maintaining an organized pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct property and unit viewings, effectively presenting features, terms, and policies to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms within established guidelines and efficiently finalize agreements.
• Prepare accurate and complete lease offers, contracts, and all related documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and property management teams to ensure unit readiness and facilitate smooth tenant handovers.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to enhance conversion rates and minimize vacancy periods.
• Provide support for lease renewals and tenant retention initiatives as needed.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and all relevant regulations.
• Monitor market prices, competitor offerings, and tenant feedback to continuously improve leasing performance.
• Generate weekly leasing reports detailing leads, viewings, conversions, occupancy, and revenue.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in leasing or a similar client-facing role.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active engagement with prospects and properties across the city. The role involves managing end-to-end leasing activities in a dynamic real estate environment.
