About the Role

Naqsh Investment is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector, and involves working 5-6 hours daily, six days a week.

Role Purpose

The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in guiding clients through available real estate properties, managing sales processes, and fostering strong client relationships. This position focuses on delivering excellent service and contributing to the company's sales objectives in the Riyadh market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultations to clients regarding available properties and their specific features.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Manage sales operations from initial contact through to negotiation and closing.
• Organize and conduct tours of property units, presenting suitable offers to prospective clients.
• Prepare detailed offers and reports for both clients and internal management.
• Engage in proactive telephone communication with clients and respond to all inquiries promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a sales role.
• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and current industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture professional relationships.

Work Schedule

This part-time position requires a commitment of 5-6 hours per day, six days a week, based in Riyadh.
