We are hiring an experienced Call Center Manager to lead daily operations and ensure excellent customer service delivery. If you are a results-driven leader, we’d love to have you on board!

Location: Riyadh
Work Schedule: Shifts

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily call center operations and ensure KPI achievement
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the team to perform at their best
  • Analyze performance and implement data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in call centers, including at least 2 years as a Call Center Manager
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Proficient in call center systems and reporting tools
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
