Introduction: We are seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team at شركة مجموعة الهناء التجارية. This role involves designing quality management guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance with specifications, and evaluating customer satisfaction regarding service quality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze and prepare quality management guides and templates.
• Develop specifications and indicators for various processes and outputs.
• Actively contribute to developing quality standards required for ongoing initiatives.
• Prepare a survey to evaluate customer satisfaction and document their improvement recommendations.
• Develop quality auditing systems and procedures and participate in periodic audit planning and execution.
• Prepare specialized quality documentation and reports, presenting suitable recommendations.

Work Environment: The position is offered on a full-time basis with morning hours, and you will be required to work six days a week.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences, Public Health, or Occupational Health and Safety is required.

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge in Nutrition.
• Advanced skills in Quality Auditing.
• Proficient in evaluating service quality.
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.

• المساهمة في تصميم نظم التهوية.

• تقديم الدعم في أعمال الصيانة.

• اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة.

المؤهلات:
يجب أن يكون المرشح حاصلًا على التعليم الفني العالي في تبريد وتكييف الهواء. كما يفضل وجود الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة.
