About the Role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Manager to join their team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the daily operations of the Front Office department, with a focus on maximizing sales, revenue, and profit growth. The Front Desk Manager will also serve as a primary point of contact for guest interactions within the resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, mentor, guide, and train the pre-opening Front Office department.
  • Assist in developing the hotel's strategic and marketing plans.
  • Create and prepare annual budgets for the Front Office department.
  • Develop and execute training programs for all Front Office team members, covering IT systems and guest-service protocols.
  • Manage the operations of all departmental employees, facilities, sales, and costs to achieve maximum departmental revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by training and overseeing all team members.
  • Drive upselling initiatives and pursue business referrals, sales leads, and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor daily arrivals and address VIP or special requests in collaboration with other departments.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, support, and guidance to employees.
  • Ensure team members are informed about hotel products, including room types, rates, features, facilities, and promotions.
  • Perform routine room and floor inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Lead by example through a hands-on approach to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Collaborate with the Talent & Culture department on employee-related tasks such as recruitment, orientation, performance reviews, and terminations.
  • Manage departmental payroll and business expenses.
  • Work with the Finance Department on front office procedures, reports, operational issues, and commission payments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency with Property Management and Call Centre computer systems.

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team dedicated to delivering high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
