About NEOM Green Hydrogen Company and the Role

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) is a joint venture between NEOM, Air Products, and ACWA Power, developing an $ billion green hydrogen-based ammonia production facility. Located in Oxagon, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, this facility is scheduled to be operational in 2026. NGHC is seeking an ID / Access Control Specialist II to contribute to its operations.

Role Overview

The ID / Access Control Specialist II is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks within the Technical Services Team. This role ensures the delivery of high standards of customer care and service related to the issuance of NGHC identity cards, temporary visitor and employment passes, and vehicle passes. The specialist is also tasked with maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting the NGHC Technical Services Lead in implementing all security obligations under the NGHC Site Access Control Procedure.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue all types of NGHC identity cards, temporary visitor and employment passes, and temporary vehicle passes.
• Request criminal records checks when required.
• Input accurate and timely information into the NGHC ID / Access Control System.
• Ensure expired ID cards are cancelled upon notification from relevant departments.
• Maintain a clear audit trail for all access privileges granted to ID holders.
• Update and maintain records throughout the validity period of each ID.
• Learn and operate the NGHC ID / Access Control System, resolving issues related to the badging process.
• Ensure accurate badge entries, printing, and distribution.
• Adhere to the NGHC Security Code of Conduct and maintain knowledge of post orders, assignment instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform all assigned security and administrative duties, actively contributing as a team member.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school certificate. Additional technical or academic training is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable work experience.
• Experience with security-related computer systems and access control software.
• Customer service experience and a positive attitude toward welcoming visitors and employees onsite.

Essential Requirements

• Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid security license.
• Ability to provide a two-year verifiable employment history.
• Completion of required government medical tests and police clearance checks.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Oxagon, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
