Air Products, a world-leading industrial gases company founded in 1940, is seeking an NGHP IT/DT Cybersecurity Engineer. This full-time position is based in Duba, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role contributes to Air Products' commitment to innovation, operational excellence, safety, and environmental stewardship by supporting critical cybersecurity initiatives.

Role Overview

The NGHP IT/DT Cybersecurity Engineer will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity controls across various site systems, including OT/ICS environments and supporting DT infrastructure. This position involves technical execution, compliance documentation, and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the security and operational readiness of facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, validation, and documentation of cybersecurity controls for GHE site systems, OT/ICS environments, industrial networks, cybersecurity tools, and DT infrastructure.
  • Assist with cyber site acceptance testing (SAT) activities, including preparation, execution, evidence capture, defect logging, issue tracking, and closeout documentation.
  • Contribute to the collection, validation, indexing, and quality review of proof-of-compliance documentation.
  • Review and support cybersecurity evidence related to network diagrams, system architecture, firewall rules, hardening standards, access control matrices, asset inventories, SIEM/monitoring configurations, and vendor compliance deliverables.
  • Support cyber hygiene activities with third-party vendors, subcontractors, and site teams, tracking the remediation of cybersecurity gaps and findings.
  • Participate in OT/ICS cybersecurity activities such as system hardening, firewall configuration review, password management standards, secure remote access controls, and network segmentation verification.
  • Support the evaluation of vendor and subcontractor deliverables for compliance with project cybersecurity requirements and established standards.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity vendors, EPC subcontractors, OEMs, and external partners during onsite execution, testing, and documentation.
  • Provide status updates to the Cyber Lead on technical progress, blockers, risks, and documentation gaps, and participate in coordination meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and documentation workstreams concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including site teams, engineering teams, vendors, subcontractors, DT resources, and senior cybersecurity stakeholders.
  • Capability to operate in a fast-paced project environment with evolving priorities, regulatory expectations, and commissioning dependencies.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in energy, industrial gas, chemical, utility, power generation, renewable energy, or critical infrastructure projects.
  • Prior project experience in Saudi Arabia, GCC, or NEOM, particularly within critical infrastructure.

Impact and Objectives

Success in this role is measured by the effective collection, validation, and maintenance of CSAT and POC evidence, the timely tracking and closure of cybersecurity documentation gaps and technical issues, and the quality review of vendor deliverables. The Engineer's contributions will directly support commissioning, start-up readiness, and regulatory compliance objectives, ensuring accurate technical status updates are provided to all relevant stakeholders.
