Role Overview

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the retail outlet in Tabuk. This full-time role involves ensuring high standards of guest service, efficient store operations, and consistent merchandise presentation. The supervisor supports the retail team, drives sales, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures luxury products are handled according to brand standards. This position requires 2-5 years of experience and contributes to a memorable shopping experience while supporting the Spa & Recreation Manager's operational and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and support Retail Clerks and other team members to ensure efficient daily operations and high service standards.
• Ensure guests receive professional and personalized retail experiences, particularly with niche and high-end products.
• Support the achievement of sales targets by monitoring performance, encouraging upselling and cross-selling, and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Oversee the opening and closing of the retail outlet, ensuring adherence to operational procedures, cash handling, and store standards.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and luxury merchandise, ensuring the team can provide accurate information and tailored recommendations.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and organization, ensuring displays are attractive, well-maintained, and aligned with brand and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock levels, oversee replenishment and inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and report inventory concerns to management.
• Ensure sales transactions, including room charges and credit card payments, are processed accurately according to company procedures.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, taking action to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the retail outlet remains clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing, with attention to high-end merchandise presentation.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and coaching to team members, supporting their product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
• Provide regular updates to the Spa & Recreation Manager on sales performance, guest feedback, inventory, operational issues, and team requirements.
• Ensure team members comply with company policies, operational procedures, grooming standards, health and safety requirements, and established retail controls.

• Spa & Recreation Manager: Provide regular updates on retail operations, sales performance, inventory, guest feedback, and team matters.
• Guests: Build relationships by delivering personalized service to encourage satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Management: Collaborate to support commercial objectives, communicate operational requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Team Members: Lead and support the retail team, fostering a collaborative, positive, and high-performing work environment.
• Vendors and Suppliers: Coordinate as required to support product availability, deliveries, and operational needs.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant retail supervisory role, demonstrating a strong understanding of retail operations, guest service, and inventory management, particularly within a luxury or high-end product environment.
