Are you ready to lead and inspire? At Panda Retail Company, we are seeking a dedicated Branch Supervisor for our E-Commerce Fulfillment Operations in the West region. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the efficient operation of our fulfillment center and contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor duty schedules including timing and personal hygiene.
  • Execute the best utilization of pickers, admins, and drivers, and ensure timely handover and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the store operations team for replenishment and product availability.
  • Train team members on operational procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure daily targets and KPIs are met consistently.
  • Manage the availability of assets and consumables.
  • Communicate with the area operations lead regarding daily operations and needs.
  • Engage with the service desk for any operational escalations.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma required; college education is a plus.
  • Experience leading a team of more than 10 employees.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Core competencies include customer focus, results-driven approach, teamwork, and personal development.
