Finance Manager

About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Taif, Makkah Province. This full-time role involves serving as the embedded finance business partner for Operations, providing financial leadership, strategic insights, and decision support to venue management teams. The Finance Manager will be instrumental in driving profitability and cost optimization across entertainment destinations.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the financial performance of assigned entertainment venues. This includes analyzing revenue streams, monitoring operating costs, and ensuring financial targets are met. The Finance Manager will act as a trusted advisor to operations managers, translating financial data into actionable insights and influencing strategic decisions from the initial planning stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage venue P&L performance by overseeing financial results for assigned destinations, analyzing revenue streams (tickets, F&B, retail, attractions), and monitoring operating costs to achieve EBITDA and profitability targets.
• Provide financial business partnering by advising venue and operations managers, participating in operational planning, and translating financial data into actionable insights.
• Analyze operational metrics, including per capita spend, attendance versus forecast, revenue per visitor, labor cost ratios, and F&B margins, and recommend improvements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with venue managers to develop accurate financial plans, incorporating seasonality, event calendars, and operational capacity, and providing variance analysis.
• Drive cost optimization by identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs, analyzing labor scheduling efficiency, monitoring vendor costs, and implementing cost control initiatives.
• Ensure financial controls by overseeing cash handling procedures, monitoring inventory management and shrinkage, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and supporting audits.
• Develop and lead the operations finance team by setting objectives, providing coaching and mentorship, and fostering a high-performing environment.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within an operational or entertainment industry context.
