About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their full-time team in Taif. This role is crucial for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the showroom operates efficiently and is well-maintained. The representative will manage comprehensive customer interactions from initial reception to post-sales support, alongside key responsibilities in inventory management, reporting, and adherence to company policies.

Customer Interaction and Sales

  • Provide excellent reception to customers within showrooms and maintain a high level of service.
  • Meet customer needs, facilitate goods delivery, and offer comprehensive customer service both before and after sales.
  • Follow up with customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to company products, securing orders, calculating quantities, and assisting with product and color coordination.
  • Oversee the invoicing process and ensure proper delivery of goods, coordinating with all showroom staff including assistants, workers, and drivers.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with the established sales plan.
  • Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform accordingly, considering required items and stock levels.

Showroom and Inventory Management

  • Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times, ensuring all marketing tools like brochures and catalogues are readily available.
  • Ensure a good stock of all items, especially fast-moving ones, by applying the policy for ordering from warehouses based on minimum and maximum levels.
  • Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
  • Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
  • Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
  • Maintain order and discipline within the showroom.
  • Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Reporting and Financial Administration

  • Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
  • Ensure daily deposit of sales cash into the company’s account.
  • Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
  • Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Compliance and Operational Excellence

  • Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
  • Implement all company policies and instructions.
  • Execute all job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Offer helpful ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
