About the Role
The Digitization Data Entry Operator will play a crucial role in supporting our digitization projects. You will be responsible for accurately entering, validating, and updating data within our digital systems, ensuring that we maintain reliable and organized digital records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data from physical and digital documents into databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
• Update and maintain digital records and logs.
• Follow data entry standards, formatting, and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform basic quality checks and corrections.
• Assist digitization teams with document tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Fast and accurate typing skills (Arabic & English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and database systems.

This position involves entering and maintaining data in our company databases while ensuring accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities also include managing records, reporting discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to support various data-related needs.

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases with high accuracy.
• Verify data integrity and correct errors when necessary.
• Organize and manage files, records, and documents.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.
• Follow data privacy and confidentiality policies.
• Work with the ERP systems to manage data and operations.

Qualifications:
