About the Role

Maaden is seeking a Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions II to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves capturing the Statement of Requirements for various initiatives, troubleshooting current and future states, and driving packages of work to demonstrate value over quarters. The role requires defining solution plans in alignment with Platform and Solution Architects and assisting business unit delivery with site-based deployments and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage solution delivery by translating business challenges and troubleshooting site-based evidence for specific solutions.
  • Translate the priority elements of solutioning required to meet Business Unit objectives for the technology domain(s).
  • Resolve technical and integration issues impacting initiative outcomes.
  • Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Guide delivery teams, including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists, to ensure the correct implementation of solution designs.
  • Provide technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout the delivery process.
  • Ensure implementation meets agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mining or Minerals Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering are also applicable), Computer Science, and/or Data Science.
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical, analytics, or technology delivery roles.
  • Proven experience owning solution design and guiding delivery teams.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
