Role Overview

Accor is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead sales and marketing operations for the Mövenpick Hotel Waad Al Shamal in Turaif, Northern Frontier, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, and building high-performing teams. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities in the Saudi Arabian region.
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee budget management and P&L responsibility, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
• Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns utilizing digital channels, traditional media, and innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales and marketing effectiveness, providing regular performance reviews and strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business development and market expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market developments to maintain competitive advantage.
• Customize sales and marketing programs to address the unique needs and preferences of the local market.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
• Must be willing to work and reside in Turaif, Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of the local corporate market, particularly mining, industrial, and government sectors, is an advantage.
• Demonstrated proactive approach to business development, revenue growth, and client relationship management.
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining Mövenpick and Accor brand standards.

This position is based at the Mövenpick Hotel Waad Al Shamal in Turaif, Saudi Arabia.
