Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and communication strategies across all segments, including corporate, government, leisure, MICE, F&B, and events.
• Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team, fostering accountability and innovation.
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners to position Hyatt Regency Riyadh as a preferred choice for travelers.
• Enhance brand visibility through PR, digital, and social media campaigns aligned with global initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on leading international hotel brands.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Culturally sensitive with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
