The Barista Role

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This full-time role focuses on maintaining consistency, presentation, and service excellence while upholding operational standards and reflecting the brand’s service culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control for all drinks.
• Provide professional and attentive service to guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests efficiently and politely.
• Set up and close the bar in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar counters, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage of all beverages and garnishes.
• Accurately record sales and responsibly handle cash, credit cards, or room charges.
• Report shortages, breakages, or discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to local laws and company safety regulations.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Attend daily briefings and participate in staff training sessions.
• Support colleagues during peak hours to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to prepare and serve high-quality non-alcoholic beverages.
• Understanding of service excellence and operational standards.

Work Location

This position is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with potential assignments in Umluj.
