About the Role

Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania is seeking a Barista to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests.

Role Overview

The Barista will be responsible for delivering consistent beverage quality and attentive service within a hospitality environment. This position requires a focus on guest satisfaction and adherence to established service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established standards.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Accurately take guest orders and assist with beverage recommendations.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
• Ensure coffee machines and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies are available throughout the shift.
• Handle guest bills and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance the guest experience.
