The property blends Raffles’ renowned graciousness and personalized service with the natural beauty and sustainability ethos of Red Sea Global, providing a curated haven for discerning travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide seamless transportation for guests between villas, dining venues, and resort facilities, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer intuitive, personalized service, acting as a resort storyteller by sharing information about the destination, facilities, and local culture.
• Operate electric buggies in a safe and responsible manner, strictly adhering to resort speed limits, pedestrian safety protocols, and KSA driving regulations.
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of buggies, including battery levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness, ensuring vehicles are kept in pristine condition.
• Assist guests with the loading and unloading of luggage or personal items with professionalism and care.
• Maintain constant communication with the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure timely guest pickups and drop-offs.
• Adhere to the resort’s sustainability ethos by managing vehicle charging efficiently and reporting any mechanical issues affecting energy consumption.
• Uphold Raffles’ grooming and conduct standards, ensuring every guest interaction reflects bespoke and heartfelt service.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
• Experience gained in a pre-opening phase of a luxury establishment is required.
