CAFM Operator

About the Role

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking a CAFM Operator to join their team in Tabuk, serving the cities of Umluj and Tabuk. This full-time role involves performing clerical duties related to Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Software or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), focusing on creating and maintaining accurate data records for facilities. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate input for assets into the CAFM/CMMS for data records and reports, both manual and computerized, in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure that asset data is correctly entered, stored, and maintained within the system.
• Input asset data and planned maintenance schedules into the database program.
• Provide Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders according to the pre-programmed schedule.
• Raise Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders for technical staff as needed.
• Interrogate data records (manual and computerized) as directed to verify accuracy, legibility, or identify damage.
• Auto-generate reporting data on PPM and RM activities to ascertain status.
• Generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently for client reporting purposes.
• Sort, classify, file, and retrieve information based on content, purpose, user criteria, or numerical order, adhering to the company's filing system.
• Document materials movement using the computer system.
• Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals via Help Desk actions to provide information on work order status.
• Complete work schedules and follow up with concerned personnel to ensure completed tasks are closed in the system.
• Update and close completed tasks within the system.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably involving CAFM or CMMS.
• Proficiency in operating Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Software or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong clerical and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to manage and maintain detailed data records.
