Accor is seeking a Cluster Director of Spa & Wellness for Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position involves overseeing luxury wellness operations across a prestigious resort cluster, focusing on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth. The role requires setting the vision for wellness offerings and ensuring high service standards consistent with luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all spa and wellness operations across the cluster, aligning with Raffles and Fairmont brand standards and corporate objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs and service offerings to enhance guest experiences and differentiate the properties.
• Oversee budget management, financial planning, and revenue optimization for spa and wellness departments, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing spa and wellness teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to spa and wellness operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with resort management teams to integrate wellness offerings with overall guest experiences and resort programming.
• Stay current with industry trends, wellness innovations, and best practices to maintain competitive positioning and drive strategic initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and supply chain for spa and wellness products and services.
• Conduct regular property inspections and quality audits to maintain operational standards and guest satisfaction levels.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote spa and wellness services and maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in spa and wellness management within luxury hospitality environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple properties or a cluster-level operation.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness programming, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
