The Role: Door Attendant

Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a dedicated and professional Door Attendant to join its team. This full-time role is central to creating an impeccable first and last impression for all guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious arrival and departure experience. The Door Attendant will uphold the brand’s commitment to emotional luxury and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, sincere greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure, using appropriate names and titles.
• Open and close vehicle and resort doors with grace and professionalism.
• Coordinate efficiently with the Bell Team, Valet, and Front Office for guest luggage and transportation needs.
• Assist the Valet team with parking and retrieving guest vehicles responsibly and promptly.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance and public areas.
• Uphold the brand’s Emotional Luxury philosophy, ensuring bespoke and memorable interactions.
• Share knowledge about the resort’s nature-focused concept and the unique natural beauty of the Red Sea destination.
• Anticipate guest preferences and provide proactive, non-intrusive assistance.
• Ensure the safety and security of the entrance area, monitoring traffic flow and reporting any unusual activities or hazards.
• Adhere to all Raffles and Accor hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in a pre-opening environment is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
• Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move objects in excess of 75 pounds as required.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based at Raffles The Red Sea, located in the Tabuk region, specifically serving guests in Umluj and Tabuk. The role operates within a dynamic luxury resort setting, requiring consistent adherence to high service standards and a collaborative approach with various operational teams.
