IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Engineering Storekeeper to join their team in Tabuk, specifically covering Umluj and Tabuk. This full-time role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient management of engineering materials, tools, spare parts, and supplies within the hotel environment. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Engineering Storekeeper supports the Engineering Department by ensuring all necessary materials are readily available, properly organized, and stored safely and efficiently. This involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of inventory, from receipt and inspection to storage and issuance, to minimize discrepancies and support operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store engineering materials, spare parts, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly monitor stock levels.
• Issue materials and tools to Engineering colleagues based on approved requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and safe storage of all engineering items.
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Purchasing Departments regarding stock requirements and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe engineering storeroom.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper documentation of all receipts and issues.
• Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Support the Engineering Department with daily administrative and inventory-related tasks.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, spare parts, and materials to minimize loss or damage.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a Storekeeper, Inventory, or Engineering Stores role, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Good computer skills, preferably with experience using inventory or hotel systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, covering operations in Umluj and Tabuk. The role operates within a hotel or resort setting, requiring adherence to established policies and safety standards.
