The Role: Engineering Supervisor (Local)

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Engineering Supervisor (Local) to join the pre-opening team of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. This full-time position is critical for supporting the operation and maintenance of all resort systems and facilities. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Engineering, the Engineering Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring all infrastructure operates efficiently, safely, and in adherence to Four Seasons’ world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate engineering technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance across the property.
• Ensure timely responses to guest requests, operational issues, and emergencies.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to verify compliance with engineering systems and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records, reports, and compliance logs for inspections, equipment, and repairs.
• Train and mentor team members, promoting high performance, safety awareness, and technical excellence.
• Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives throughout the resort.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless luxury service and optimal resort functionality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• This role is designated for Saudi nationals in compliance with Saudization regulations.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in an engineering or maintenance role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong technical background in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, coupled with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Previous pre-opening experience is considered an advantage.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring rotational shifts, which include working weekends and holidays.
