Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Hostess to join the team at its new resort on Shura Island, part of The Red Sea destination. This full-time position is crucial for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival.

The Red Sea Destination and Resort

The Red Sea destination, located along 200 km of coastline between Umluj and Al Wajh in Saudi Arabia, is being developed as a premier luxury beachside destination with a strong focus on sustainable practices. The new Four Seasons Resort on Shura Island will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites, all offering uninterrupted views of white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. Facilities include six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, a full-service spa, tennis courts, three outdoor pools, and two separate beaches for families and adults.

Role Summary and Restaurant Context

The Hostess serves as the initial point of contact for guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring an efficient seating process. This role is integral to maintaining effective table management within Vivi, the beachfront Mediterranean restaurant. Vivi blends flavors from the seaside and countryside, offering fresh seafood, shellfish, and a curated selection of dry-aged meats.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Coordinate with servers to manage table availability and turnaround times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area.
• Handle guest inquiries, manage wait times, and accommodate special requests.
• Answer phone calls and manage booking systems.
• Assist in maintaining overall guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Thank guests upon departure and extend an invitation for their return.
