About the Role

Red Sea Global, through its subsidiary Coastal Transportation Services Co., is seeking a Manager Data Analysis & Reporting to oversee mobility operations in the Tabuk region, specifically in Umluj and Tabuk. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on optimizing operational performance and driving efficiency through data-driven insights.

Job Purpose

The Manager Data Analysis & Reporting is responsible for measuring and optimizing operational performance, processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multi-modal operations. This role is crucial in developing metrics, enhancing mobility operations, and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services. A key focus will be on driving efficiency, creating performance management dashboards, Business Intelligence (BI) reports, and refining delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day mobility operations dashboard to ensure data accuracy and operational visibility.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the evolving demands of the mobility industry.
  • Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of mobility operations.
  • Oversee the measurement and delivery of KPIs to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer expectations and KPIs.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Implement corrective actions to address operational challenges.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • 8-10 years of experience in operations and service delivery within the mobility or professional services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a deep understanding of the mobility industry.
  • Proficiency in BI, data analytics, data mining, performance metrics tools, and reporting.

Required Skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in coordinating service delivery operations, including scheduling, routing, and logistics management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
  • Skill in building and maintaining relationships with service suppliers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Familiarity with transportation management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for efficiency improvements.

Work Environment
