The Role: Watersports Instructor

Red Sea Global is seeking a Watersports Instructor to join its team in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The primary goal of the instructor is to support the Senior Water Sports Management in activating tourism assets and delivering the water sports program for all visiting guests at The Red Sea Project. This guest-facing position is essential for delivering a world-class guest experience, shaping a passion for water sports, and educating visitors about opportunities on and around the water.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities comply with venue-specific standard operating procedures and international rules and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment and the watersports venue.
• Actively promote and advocate for all water sports activities offered within the project, including those outside direct responsibility such as diving.
• Inspire guests to engage in new activities, progress through training and accreditation, and explore various water sports during their visits.
• Work closely with hotel operators and the TRSP operations team to support day-to-day operations.

Operational Duties and Compliance

• Participate in regular review sessions with watersports center management, providing updates on all operational aspects.
• Adhere to all relevant functional policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent work execution.
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports, meeting corporate and functional standards.
• Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in departmental systems, processes, and practices, focusing on best practices, cost reduction, and productivity.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with 2-5 years of experience in watersports instruction, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires an individual who can act as an ambassador for The Red Sea Project, leading by example and educating visitors. A strong understanding of international rules and regulations for watersports activities, coupled with a proactive approach to equipment and venue maintenance, is essential. The instructor will consistently strive for high standards of service, quality, and style within the watersports program.

This full-time position is based within The Red Sea Project, specifically in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working across various tourism assets, collaborating with hotel operators and the broader TRSP operations team to ensure seamless delivery of watersports programs.
