The Role: CSR / Material Engineer

Saint-Gobain GCC is seeking a CSR / Material Engineer to join its team in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience and involves serving as a primary contact for order processing and goods distribution, managing material returns, and supporting fire safety initiatives. The role also includes customer service responsibilities and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for processing orders and distributing goods for all cash orders of the branch.
• Arrange product samples for regions, customers, and salespersons.
• Act as a Fire Marshal for fire safety, as appointed by the HSE department.
• Resolve material return issues in a procedural manner.
• Write internal and external correspondence.
• Resolve customer non-technical complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present business reports and presentations.
• Promote excellent service and manage all aspects through the distribution network.
• Perform inventory of supplies, coordinate, and maintain records of shipments.
• Answer incoming calls, relay accurate information, process emails, maintain records, file documents, and review work for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Good technical knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and two-way communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Completion of training in construction materials.
• Experience in the construction field.
